Indian Minister for Road, Transportation and Highways Nitin Gadkari to visit Kathmandu

Indian Minister for Road, Transportation and Highways Nitin Gadkari, who is also senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader, is visiting Kathmandu on November 18.
Gadkari is arriving in Kathmandu at the invitation of Patanjali Yogpeeth Nepal.
Saligram Singh, head of Patanjali Yogpeeth Nepal, told the Post that besides Minister Gadkari, Yoga guru Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna, chairman of the Patanjali Ayurved, are also visiting Kathmandu.
They will attend functions in Kathmandu organised by Patanjali Yogpeeth Nepal.
Patanjali Yogpeeth Nepal is also launching two television channels—Astha Nepal and Patanjali Nepal on November 19.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will inaugurate the channels.
“We will also distribute two different ‘Swadeshi Samriddhi Cards’ worth Rs300 and Rs500. Each recipient will get life insurance of Rs300,000 and Rs500,000 free of cost,” said Singh.
During his stay in Kathmandu, Gadkari is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Deuba and top leaders of the ruling and opposition parties before leaving for New Delhi on November 19.
