BRB wins in Gorkha-2 with a margin of 6,874 votes
Former Prime Minister and Naya Shakti Nepal Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai has been elected from Gorkha-2 with a margin of 6,874 votes.

Former Prime Minister and Naya Shakti Nepal Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai has been elected from Gorkha-2 with a margin of 6,874 votes.
He mustered 31,807 votes while his rival candidate Narayankaji Shrestha of CPN (Maoist Centre) garnered 24,933 votes.
Meanwhile, Shrestha called him on his mobile and congratulated him for the victory.
