Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal's Vijay Sarawagi has won mayoral post at Birgunj metropolitan city in Parsa district.
Sarawagi defeated Nepali Congress Ajay Dwibedi to win the post. The official announcement will be made shortly.
Similarly, NC's Shanti Karki won deputy mayor post in the metropolitan. A total of 84,664 votes were cast in the metropolitan city.
