Veteran Nepali litterateur Kamal Mani Dixit passed away on Thursday at his residence in Patandhoka, Lalitpur. He was 87.
Dixit, the founder Chairman of Madan Puraskar Guthi and Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya, breathed his last at 2:45 am this morning, Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya confirmed.
A die-hard lover of Nepali literature, Dixit was considered one of crowns of Nepali literature. He has contributed to over three dozen Nepali literary works his original creation and editing.
