A police constable died on the spot in a road accident at Jhalari-Kaluwapur road section in Kanchanpur district this evening. 

The deceased has been identified as Shankar Singh Dhami, according to the Area Police Office, Jhalari. He was posted at Armed Police Force Far-Western Regional Baidyanath Brigade, Attariya. 

The accident took place when Dhami, who was standing at the door of the bus, jumped from the moving bus (Na 6 Kha 4675) to pick his spectacle after it fell down. RSS
