Baburam Bhattarai led Naya Shakti Nepal party has been registered at the Election Commission (EC). 

According to Naya Shakti Nepal leader Devendra Poudel, the party’s name, log, flag and election symbol were registered at the EC on Wednesday.

The party’s name is Naya Shakti Nepal and its flag is five-pointed white star with red background.
