President Ram Baran Yadav went to Dhulikhel on Saturday to meet founding Vice-Chancellor of Kathmandu University Suresh Raj Sharma. The meeting between the duo was personal, security sources said.

Sharma , a former chemistry lecturer at Trichandra College, was Yadav’s teacher while he was a student of ISc at the college. And Yadav was a family doctor of Sharma family while he worked as a physician. Their families live in the same locality in Janakpur.

“The meeting was not for Tika or conversation on politics,” Sharma told the post, “We did not have conversation on the election of a new president.”
