Tootle, the once popular ride-sharing platform, has resumed its services with several service improvements. After a brief hiatus, Tootle has returned with an updated app and a “renewed commitment” to offer a better urban transportation experience.
Under new management, the app aims to provide a more seamless and affordable ride-sharing experience and enhance urban mobility in Kathmandu by offering quicker responses, increased ride availability, and optimised routes. Representatives from the company share that keeping safety as a top priority, they have introduced advanced safety features and insurance coverage for drivers and passengers. Tootle has partnered with Shikhar Insurance for insurance and safety coverage for drivers and customers.
The Tootle Driver App has been available for download and registration since September 1, while the Tootle customer app can be downloaded from today. According to representatives from Tootle, the revamped app now offers a more user-friendly interface for hassle-free booking and reduced wait times. These changes aim to make urban commuting in Kathmandu more efficient and convenient.
