All new Datsun Go launched in Nepal with advanced tech
Pioneer Moto Crop, the authorised distributor of Datsun vehicles in Nepal has rolled out three new variants of the Datsun Go. Speaking at the launch event, Gyanendra Chand, assistant general manager at Pioneer Moto Crop said that the new Datsun Go comes with advanced automobile technology that offers a luxurious ride for customers. He also claimed that currently, no other automobile company is offering cars with advanced features in the same price range. “The new Datsun Go is equipped with 28 new additional features and more than 100 upgrades,” the company said in a press statement.
It features 180mm ground clearance, 265-litre of luggage space and 4.6m turning radius, said the company. The vehicle comes with 3D shaped head lamps and follow me home headlamps.
Similarly, the vehicle features a powerful 1.2 litre engine, ride control suspension, dynamic grille, ORVMS, keyless entry, electrical power steering, power windows (front and rear) and anti-fatigue seats. The vehicle has reverse parking assist sensors, dual front airbags, anti-lock braking system with EBD and break assist.
The Japanese brand entered Nepal in 2014 and has sold around 4,500 Datsun cars till date. The company has been introducing entry level economical hatchbacks in the market. Observing the market trend shifting towards SUVs, the company plans to introduce a cross SUV at end of 2019.
“Combining sporty exteriors and spacious interior, the new Datsun cars are further enhanced with first in segment features to empower the owner with advanced safety features, best-in-class space and connected mobility.” Datsun Go T(0) is priced at Rs2.69 million, Go (T) at Rs2.59 million and Go (A) is priced at Rs2.49million.
