Chaudhary Group, manufacturer of Wai Wai Noodles, has started production of the noodle in Serbia, a European Country. Chaudhary Group’s Chairman Binod Chaudhary inaugurated the production plant on Thursday.

Speaking at a programme, Chaudhary said the Nepali brand would help promote Nepal in the European market. Recently, Wai Wai has been expanding its market in the global arena apart from the domestic market.

Chaudhary Group recently installed an additional production plant in CG Industrial Park, Nawalparasi.

With the new plant, there are now seven manufacturing unit of Wai Wai noodles. Besides Nepal, Wai Wai is also manufactured through nine production units in India.

The production plant in Serbia makes it the 17th manufacturing unit of WaiWai globally.

Chaudhary Group has plans to start production in Bangladesh by the end of 2017 and also expand its production units in 10 other locations by 2020.
