Speaking during a press meet organised at Nawalparasi Chapter of Press Chautari in Kawasoti on Monday, leader Pokharel said that it was irresponsible by the country’s PM to make such remarks as the parties had signed for settling the delineation units after promulgating the statute in the 16-point pact of June 8.
The UML general secretary accused the NC and UCPN (Maoist) of trying to affect the timeline of constitution drafting process. “I doubt that the constitution will be drafted within mid-August due to NC and Maoists,” said Pokharel.
Leader Pokharel said that there is a plot afoot to obstruct the promulgation of constitution within mid-August.
