Nembang said that major parties should start talks on settlement of boundaries along with collating public opinion on preliminary draft of constitution.

"Parties could settle the demarcation row within half-hour if they have willpower," Nembang said adding that he has already told top leaders of major parties to settle the issue.

President Ram Baran Yadav on Friday urged top leaders of major parties to settle demarcation before constitution promulgation considering Supreme Court (SC) stay order and demand of some Madhes-based parties. "Party leaders have pledged to settle the demarcation, hope they will be successful," said Nembang. The UCPN (Maoist) and some top leaders of Nepali Congress including senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba.
