The deceased is 72-year-old Shankha Bahadur Nagarkoti of Itati, Karya Binayak Municipality-15, spokesperson of the Metropolitan Police Sector , Deputy Superintendent of Police Kishan Singh Thapa, said.
Nagarkoti, who was lying on bed inside the house which had developed cracks after the April 25 devastating earthquake, died as he fell down while running out after experiencing the quake, spokesman Thapa said.
With this, the death toll due to the earthquake in Lalitpur has reached 177.
