The late leader's body was kept at Maligaun-based Thapa residence soon after it was brought from New Delhi on Thursday evening and kept at RPP party office, Chabahil, from 10:00 am to 12 noon earlier today for the last tributes.
Joint-Spokesperson of the party, Kiran Giri, said that the body has been brought to the Stadium for the general public to pay their last respects to the late Thapa.
Former Prime Ministers as well as top leaders of different political parties had reached the Thapa residence and RPP party office for paying final tributes to Thapa.
The last rites of Thapa would be performed at the Pashupati Aryaghat with state honours later today. RSS
