MoE cancels MBBS scholarship examination
The Ministry of Education has cancelled all the scholarship examinations for MBBS taken on Saturday following media reports that some of the question papers were leaked before the exam.

The exam has been re-scheduled for December 13 at 1 pm, read a statement issued by the ministry today.

The Education Ministry on Saturday conducted the scholarship examinations for MBBS, BBS, B. Sc. Nursing, BPH, B. Pharmacy, BAMS, BMLT and B. Sc. Forestry.
The ministry informed that the staffers of the Golden Gate International College, one of the centers of MBBS scholarship exam, were involved in the leakage of question paper. The staffers were deputed at the center.
Earlier in the day, a team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had caught seven people including the Director of Golden Gate College, Deviram Pandey and teacher Harihar Sapkota on charge of leaking the question papers.
It has been claimed that the arrestees sold the question paper for Rs. 1 million.
