In the charge-sheet filed at the Special Court today, the CIAA has alleged Shrestha and others of being involved in corruption of Rs. 97,480,000.
Ashok Jib Tuladhar, Nirmal Kumar Dhanuk, Gautam Lal Shrestha, Pramod Agrawal, Bhawani Raj Pandey, Bijay Kumar Baniya and Basudev Bista are the other proprietors mentioned in the charge-sheet.
The CIAA has accused the men of irregularities during the lease of shops for running business at Bishal Bazar.
