NC President Sushil Koirala relinquished his seat from Chitwan-4, Sher Bahadur Deuba from Kailali-6, UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal from Kathmandu-2 and Bamdev Gautam from Bardiya-1.
The four leaders had won seats from two constituencies.
Koirala had also won from Banke-3, Deuba from Dadeldhura-1, Nepal from Rautahat-1 and Gautam from Pyuthan-1.
It has been learnt that the Election Commission will now hold by-election in the four constituencies.
At today's CA meeting, eldest CA member Surya Bahadur Thapa, who is currently chairing the CA meeting, read out a notice on the withdrawal of victories from four constituencies during the CA meeting held today.
Meanwhile, the next session of the CA will be held on February 12.
