In Kathmandu constituency number 3, Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Raju Pandey has taken the lead, overtaking Ujyalo Nepal Party’s Kulman Ghising, who had held the early lead.
Pandey has secured 2,960 votes, while Ghising now has 1,846 votes after counting in Gokarneshwar-3.
Nepali Congress candidate Ramesh Aryal has received 583 votes, and CPN-UML candidate Rameshwar Phuyal has 456 votes.
