One person died and two others were injured when a pickup van fell off the road in Chisakhola, Pokhara Metropolitan City, on Wednesday.
According to the Kaski police, the pick-up van heading to Baglung from Methlang skidded off the road and fell some 20 feet down the road, causing the fatality.
The driver, aged 49, from Gyarjati in Pokhara Metropolitan City-18, succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment. Two women, aged 69 and 70, who were aboard the vehicle at the time of the accident, are undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital, said police.
