Famous musician cum singer Sunil Bardewa passed away at Maharajganj- based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) in Kathmandu on Tuesday evening.  He was 44.

Bardewa was undergoing treatment for jaundice at the hospital.

The singer-songwriter is known for his hit numbers such as 'Goreko Ani Ustai Chha Galli' and 'Bihanima Ani Sajhamaa' among others.
