The nationwide lockdown enforced by the government has resulted in a marked drop in Kathmandu Valley’s pollution level, with vehicles staying off the roads and industries and brick kilns ceasing to operate.

On Saturday, Kathmandu Valley, which consistently ranks among the most polluted cities in the world, and surrounding areas presented a stunning view.
