Linge Ping, traditional swing built with bamboos, is a popular form of entertainment during Dashain festival, the biggest religious festival for Hindus in Nepal.

Until a few years back, people used to set up Linge pings at every places in their locality during the festival. But the importance of Linge Ping is gradually diminishing.

The tradition of installing the Linge Ping has declined due to lack of space.

Linge ping is made up of bamboo and rope.
