Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party have united on Monday. The two parties have named the new party as Rastriya Prajatantra Party after the unification.
Leaders Kamal Thapa and Pashupati Shamsher Rana signed an agreement regarding the unification of the two parties during a unification program organised in the Capital.
The parliamentary party leader will now be Kamal Thapa. RPP-N has 25 parliamentarians while RPP has 13.
