Five workers were injured, two critically, while digging a tunnel of Kabeli Hydropower Project in Panchthar on Tuesday evening.

The victims sustained injuries as landmass buried them inside the under-construction hydel project in ward 1 of Hilihang Rural Municipality. 

Dipen Rai, 31, of Ilam and Gobind Budha, 25, of Dailekh sustained serious injuries in the incident, said police.
