Nepal beat Bhutan by three wickets

Nepal registered their third win in a row in the ICC World T20 World Cup Asia Region Qualifier on Sunday defeating Bhutan by three wickets.
The women’s team achieved a 40-run target by Bhutan in 13.2 overs at the loss of seven wickets.
Nepal have bolstered their chance of securing a semi-finals berth with the victory. The women’s national cricket has now garnered six points from three matches. Nepal had defeated Malaysia by five runs on Thursday and had mauled Bahrain by ten wickets on Friday.
At the match played in Kuala Lumpur, Skipper Rubina Chhetry scored an unbeaten 12 runs off 23 balls with a boundary to guide Nepal to victory.
Nepal had a shaky start to the run chase as Kabita Kunwar got out for a duck in the second over. Similarly, Asmita Karmacharya, Indu Barma and Samjhana Khadka also failed to score a single run leaving Nepal at a shocking 16-5.
Kabita Joshi and Sita Rana Magar contributed an equal nine runs.
Earlier, Bhutan scored 39 runs on the board at the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated 20 overs after being invited to bat first.
Captain Dechen Wangmo scored the highest 21 runs off 44 balls with a hit to the fence. No other Bhutanese batters managed to score a double-digit run.
Puja Mahato pocketed three wickets as Kabita Kunwar, Khushi Dangol and Captain Rubina Chhetry chipped in with a wicket apiece.
