4 missing in Dolakha landslide

At least four people have been reported missing after a landslide hit Lakuridaanda at Bhimeshwor Municipality-9, Dolakha on Tuesday night.
According to our correspondent Rajendra Manandhar, the police have identified the missing persons as Shanti Thami, Santoshi Thami, 12, Roshani Thami, 10 wife and daughters of Mangale Thami of Kutkute, Daandagaun, and Lati Thami, 79 of the same place.
Meanwhile, the Lamosanghu-Jiri road section that connects Dolakha districts to various other districts has been obstructed due to the landslide triggered by incessant rainfall.
Likewise, locals from various areas in the district have shifted to safer places due to landslide risk.
