Coordinator of Naya Shakti, Baburam Bhattarai, has remarked that the solution to the dispute over state border should be sought from all seven provinces. He underscored the need to resolve the demarcation of geographical border through political consensus.

Talking briefly to journalists at Biratnagar Airport on Sunday, leader Bhattarai said that the seven states are appropriate for the country and the demarcation of state border could be modified.

He underlined the need to redraw the state border based on the five principles of identity and four principles of capability.

Leader Bhattarai said that all the political parties should strive for taking the country in the age of development and economic prosperity rather than being engaged in the game of toppling the government.

He remarked that the development agenda could not gain momentum in the past two and a half decade due to the dirty game of forming and toppling the government. He added that the parties should make development and good-governance as their key agendas to make progress.
