Truck set on fire at Rautahat for defying banda
A group of unidentified persons have set a cargo truck on fire for defying banda a Pourai forest along the Chandranigahapur-Bagmati road section on Sunday morning.

A group of unidentified persons have set a cargo truck on fire for defying banda a Pourai forest along the Chandranigahapur-Bagmati road section on Sunday morning. No one has so far claimed the arson; however, the police have suspected the involvement of Netra Bikrak Chand-led Maoist cadres since the incident has occurred on a banda called by the party.
The truck, Na 2 Kha 9764, was hauling bamboos to Kathmandu from Chatara, Sunari when it was set on fire. The truck has been completely destroyed by the fire.
