Police have arrested a person on the charge of sending obscene MMS in Biratnagar.

The arrested is Chandra Kumar Mandal, 31, of Biratnagar-5, according to the District Police Office, Morang.

Police said that Mandal was arrested on the charge of sending different obscene MMS to women. Necessary action has been forwarded against him as per the public crime, it is learnt.
