Paramount Motors Pvt Ltd, the authorised importer and distributor of MG vehicles in Nepal, has announced pre-booking prices for its new variant electric SUV MG ZS EV (Deluxe) post the recent budget announcement for FY2080/81. 

Despite a substantial increase in the tax rate for EVs from 50KW to 100KW, the new price for MG ZS EV (Deluxe) as announced by the company is only Rs52.99 lakh as against the old price of Rs52.49 lakh. 

The new MG ZS EV (Deluxe) is equipped with 99KW motor which delivers 280 Nm maximum torque and a 51kwh battery with a claimed range of 320km (WLTP)* on a single charge, which can be charged upto 80 percent within 30 minutes with 8 years warranty for battery, reads the press release issued by the company.
