The 48th annual general meeting of Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) on Friday unanimously elected a new executive committee under the presidency of Binayak Shah, managing director of Airport Hotel.

The meeting also elected Prabin Bahadur Panday to the post of first vice president and Dinesh Tuladhar as second vice president.

Similarly, Sajan Shakya was elected as general secretary and Youb Raj Shrestha as treasurer, along with 25 executive members, including Shreejana Rana as an immediate past president.

The executive committee members include—Biddhata Shrestha, Jaydip Shrestha, Sarik Lari, Binod Shankar Shrestha, Vishal Kumar, Rajendra Bhatta, Ram Kumar Puri, Thakur Pokhrel, Laxman Aryal, Rajan Shrestha, Suman Ghimire, Biplav Poudel and Gopal Rana.

According to the association, Bharat Raj Parajuli, CP Shrestha, Rahul Shakya and Sudarshan Chapagain were the nominated members. The association will nominate two members.
