With a theme of “New Partnership...New Beginning”, the two companies commited to the growth of the Nepali market and well being of the consumers, helping to uplift the economy.
Jagdamba on Tuesday inaugurated nine showrooms within the Kathmandu valley amid a rally. Shahil Agrawal, managing director of Jagdamba Motors, and representatives of TVS Motor Company jointly inaugurated the showrooms. The company plans to open 80 sales and service networks soon. “We are confident that this partnership would bring about a revolutionary era in the automobile sector in Nepal and uplift the standard of service to a whole new level,” said Agrawal.
The company also announced the launch of three new products — Starcity +, New Phoenix and Zest. The all new TVS Starcity+ has a 110cc Ecothrust engine and features multi-function digital display, stylish headlamp, all-gear electric start, econometer, service reminders and hi-grip button tread type tyre.
The new Phoenix comes with 125cc Ecothrust engine and loaded with the features like fully digital speedometer, tubeless tyre, convenient vehicle locator key, hazard lamp, pass by switch, service reminder and 3D logo.
The new Scooty Zest features 19 litre storage capacity and easiest road handling. The scooter comes with other unique features like back-lite speedometer, telescopic suspension, and tubeless tyres, among others. This scooter, according to the company, is perfect for Young and college going girls who are trendy and who like to showcase style. The company offers five years warranty on all motorcycles and scooters.
