Choose your home sweet home at real estate expo
Civil Homes is offering a 11 percent discount on its homes and apartments. The homes cost between Rs7.7million and Rs20 million while apartments cost from Rs4.3 million to Rs8.5 million.

It offers an opportunity to buyers to choose from numerous options at housing and commercial apartment projects in the price range of Rs3.3 million to Rs35 million. The expo features 150 stalls which have announced various schemes to woo buyers.
Civil Homes is offering a 11 percent discount on its homes and apartments. The homes cost between Rs7.7million and Rs20 million while apartments cost from Rs4.3 million to Rs8.5 million.
Downtown Apartment is offering a 10-12 percent discount to buyers who book apartments during the expo. Downtown Apartment is located at Dhapakhel and the cost ranges from Rs3.3 million to Rs10 million.
Similarly, Greenhill City is offering a flat 5 percent discount on purchase of its homes. Prices of Greenhill City homes start at Rs7.8 million. “Around 90 percent of the homes at Rose Village have already been booked, and we hope to sell the remaining 17 homes during the expo,” said Saurav Timsina, marketing manager of Greenhill City. “So, we are offering a flat discount to buyers.”
CE Construction is offering a discount of Rs300,000 to buyers who book homes at the expo. CE’s homes cost between Rs7.5 million and Rs20 million. Classic Developers is offering a kitchen package worth Rs400,000 on its apartments that are available at prices ranging from Rs7,000 to Rs7,700 per square foot.
Likewise, Central Business Park is offering a flat Rs500,000 discount. Prices of Central Business Park apartments start at Rs9,900 per square foot. “Of our 190 flats, only nine are left, and we hope to sell them during the four-day expo,” said Anuj Shanker Shrestha, manager of projects.
Westar Residency’s offer includes designer furniture and modular kitchen while Padma Colony is offering 5 percent discount. Likewise, The Residency has launched a special offer of a flat for Rs6.59 million against its previous price tag of Rs7.29 million. The company also allows buyers to make payment in monthly instalments of Rs38,999.
CG Hills is offering a flat discount of Rs500,000 and a modular kitchen. Prices at CG Hills range from Rs16.2 million to Rs35 million. Sun City’s two-bedroom apartments cost Rs 6.6 million each, a massive price cut from the previous Rs7.2 million.
“Although prices of land and constructions materials have gone up significantly over the years, we are offering heavy discounts on our houses,” said Ichchhya Raj Tamang, president of the NLHDA and chairman of Civil Homes. “This is the right time to buy homes.”
In addition to housing companies, manufacturers and dealers of construction materials such as cement, steel, paint, pipe and fittings and sanitary ware and banking and financial institutions have also launched various promotional campaigns.
In a bid to attract visitors, the organizer has offered various door prizes like a truckload of Arghakhanchi cement, Berger Silk Illusion Designers Finish paint for 100 square feet,
Bolan sanitary ware, Mangalam CPVC and PVS pipes, Mangalam water tanks and pumps, gift voucher worth Rs50,000 from the B and B Group and Kitchen Concepts.
The expo will run through Monday, and the price of a ticket has been fixed at Rs50.
