Oli cancels Bangladesh visit

In the changed political scenario following the registration of an impeachment motion against Chairman of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Lokman Singh Karki, former prime minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has cancelled his scheduled visit to Bangladesh.
Oli and some leaders from ruling the Nepali Congress and other parties were scheduled to leave for Dhaka on Friday to participate in a function marking the 20th anniversary of the ruling party Awami League.
During his visit, Oli was scheduled to meet Bangladeshi Prime Minister and leader of the Awami League Sheikh Hasina. (PR)
