Languishing at the bottom of the eight-team standings before the third round matches against Namibia, the second successive win over the tourists meant Nepal climbed to fifth. The tournament offers 2018 ICC World Cup Qualifiers for the top four teams. The Netherlands lead the points table with 10 points after three rounds.
Nepal will next play away to the Netherlands in their fourth round matches in August with three more rounds remaining against Kenya (at home), Hong Kong (away) and UAE (at neutral venue).
Set 240 to win, Khadka struck his maiden List A game century, scoring 103 off 105 balls to set the tone for victory. However, it took the hosts the penultimate ball of their innings to complete the chase with Sharad Vesawkar scoring the winning runs. For the second time in the two games, Vesawkar played a crucial part in Nepal's victory by scoring a composed 74 runs.
Earlier, openers Setphen Baard (51) and Zane Green (47) laid the foundation for Namibia. Namibia were heading for a big total but a tight bowling in the middle overs saw Nepal restrict the visitors for 239-9 in 50 overs. Shakti Gauchan, Basant Regmi and Sandeep Lamichhane took two wickets each for Nepal.
