Kaski
A five feet deep sinkhole had been formed in a land belonging to one Sabita Raj Bhandari, informed the police.
District Police Chief Hari Bahadur Pal said that a house of one Gita Khadka is at risk due to the sinkhole.
Earlier, at least 50 families at Majuwabesi in Armala VDC of Kaski district were displaced due to sinkhole formation.
Meanwhile, torrential rain last night has inundated houses in various parts of Pokhara. Houses at Chorpatan, Chauthe among other places have been waterlogged. Likewise, rain water has accumulated in the streets affecting pedestrian movement in the area.
