According to DSP Manoj Yadav of the District Police Office, the deceased have been identified as contractor Bhadai Tharu and his workers Binod Tharu, Tauleshwor Tharu, Ramesh Tharu of Baadganga municipality-7 and Shiv Narayan Yadav of Baadganga- 4.
The victims were working inside the septic tank of a house belonging to Prakash Kewat of Pachehara of Niglihawa VDC- 7 in the district.
The bodies of the deceased have been taken to Taulihawa Hospital for postmortem.
