NOC slashes petro prices
Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has reduced the prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene by Rs 1 per litre each with effect from Thursday night.

Prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and aviation fuel have been left unchanged.
The state-owned corporation slashed the prices after receiving new price list from Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), NOC informed.
The NOC has been revising the prices of petroleum products in every 15 days since the adoption of the auto pricing mechanism on September 28.
However, since the introduction of auto pricing mechanism, NOC for the first time had raised the petro prices by Rs 1 each on March 6 in line with the rise of petro prices in the international market.
