Lawmakers form the opposition parties including the UCPN (Maoist) and Madhesi-based parties have continued to obstruct the meeting. They have been chanting slogans against following the CA procedures for more than an hour.
Speaking to media persons outside the building, Oli blamed that the Maoist were not for drafting the new constitution. “Country will be at the receiving end when parties like UCPN (Maoist) are on CA,” Oli said.
