Gangster Adhikari was killed after police fired bullet rounds in an act of defense after bullet rounds were fired upon them by a motorcycle-borne gang. Police had reached there acting on a tip off.
Adhikari had returned from India just two weeks ago.
Considered a close aide to CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli, Chari was also a Dhading district member of the UML.
