During the event, the top eight finalists will be selected out of the ten semi-finalists who were picked during the audition round that was held on March 7.

The top eight contestants will be receiving prizes from Being Human. All the finalists will be awarded with a one-year scholarship at the Sushila Arts Academy, Maharajgunj.

The grand finale will see performances by the semi-finalists along with Alize Biannic, who is the head choreographer of the competition. Biannic is a ballerina from the Royal Ballet, UK.

The event will also see some live music performances by popular

local acts.

The competition will be judged by an official panel of judges that includes Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, Nepali film actress Namrataa Shrestha, Nepali film director Nischal Basnet and Tata Motors Country Manager Hemant Puranik.  

According to the organisers, the primary objective of organising the competition is to discover talented and professional dancers in Nepal.
