Binu Yadav of Solukhumbu protested outside Supreme Court in Kathmandu on Tuesday by throwing red-coloured water at the main entrance of the apex court.

Yadav protested by throwing the coloured water saying that her husband had committed violence against her but she did not get justice even after filing a complaint against him. Police deployed at the scene arrested her immediately.

The case filed by Yadav against her husband and in-laws for allegedly inflicting physical and mental torture on her is currently sub-judice at Patan High Court.

Earlier, Yadav had attempted suicide inside Ramechhap District Court.
