Leader Nepal’s note of dissent tabled in NCP’s Secretariat meeting

A Secretariat meeting of the party held on Monday summoned its next meeting for Wednesday to fix the agenda of Standing Committee.
A note of dissent submitted by senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has also been tabled at the Secretariat meeting on Monday.
Leader Nepal has expressed his dissatisfaction over the Secretariat’s earlier decision to appoint province in-charge, assistant in-charge, chairman and secretary.
Arguing that the decision was made in his absence, leader Nepal had submitted the note of dissent to party General Secretary Bishnu Paudel when Chairman duo KP Sharma Oli and Pushap Kamal Dahal were abroad.
According to leader Narayankaji Shrestha, leaders had made a brief summary about their recent foreign visit in today’s meeting.
Chairman Oli who is also the Prime Minister said that he had presented a clear opinion on the peace process and democracy of Nepal in the 73rd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) held in New York.
Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal had visited India and China while leaders Nepal and Shrestha visited Ghana and China and China respectively.
