Minister without portfolio Bishwendra Paswan, Inspector General of the Armed Police Force, Nepal Koshraj Onta, Inspector General of Nepal Police, Upendra Kanta Aryal and President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), Shesh Ghale, among others, also received Tika from President Yadav on the auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dashami, the tenth day of the Bada Dashain.
