The signed ball by Liverpool FC midfielder Philippe Coutinho along with the
autograph flag was handed over to Peak Promotion Pvt Ltd, carlsberg’s mountaineering partner agency on
Monday. The ascend will
start in April and the
signed ball along with the autograph banner is expected to reach top of the world by mid-May.
Autographs of over 10,000 carlsberg consumers will reach to the top of Everest. Carlsberg also announced
on Thursday that the autographed banner the ball
to be taken to the Anfield where they will be displayed at the carlsberg lounge for a couple of weeks.
Carlsberg had launched
its campaign ‘Your Autograph on top of the World’ in March-April last year. The signed balls were taken around
to selected outlets in Kathmandu for consumers. The carlsberg consumers became a part of this campaign by providing their autographs in 2,000 outlets across Nepal. However, in the wake of the destructive earthquakes that shook Nepal in April and May last year, the campaign was postponed.
