Youth hacked to death in Nawalparasi West

Police say they are further investigating.

A youth was murdered with a sharp weapon in Nawalparasi West district on Sunday night.

The victim is 20-year-old Surya Kumar Budhathoki of Palhinandan Rural Municipality-5.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Resham Bohara of the District Police Office, Nawalparasi West, Budhathoki was killed with a sharp weapon while he was sleeping at his own home.

The body has been kept at the District Hospital, Parasi, and an investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
