An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale was recorded at 2:40pm and another 6.3 magnitude tremor at 3:06pm.

Two earthquakes with epicentres in Bajhang district jolted western Nepal on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, an earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale was recorded at 2:40pm and another 6.3 magnitude quake at 3:06pm.
The jolts were also felt in Kathmandu.
