Some schools have even shifted their classrooms inside the damaged buildings, though they are not safe.
District Education Office has started reconstructing the school buildings, but it will be years before the children will get to study inside proper classrooms.
It is going to take at least three years to complete the reconstruction project, according to District Education Officer Dipendra Subedi. The earthquake on April 25 last year had affected 4, 216 classrooms in the district.
