Seven injured in road accident in Gulmi

The accident involving a jeep (Lu. 1 Ja. 1490) took place at Jubhun-1 as it was on its way to Majuwa from the district headquarters Tamghas, police said.
The injured are Bal Krishna Panthi of Paralmi-6, Laxmi Shrestha, Namrata Reshi, Bhuwan Singh Pun and Bhim Lal Bhattarai of Paralmi-7 and Tek Bahadur Balal, Manish Khatri of Paralmi-9, District Police Office, Gulmi.
Of the injured, the condition of Bhim Lal is reported to be critical. All the injured are undergoing treatment at the Tamghas hospital.
The jeep overturned on a steep road as it was overloaded, said local resident Tilak Gautam.
The jeep was reportedly carrying 17 passengers.
