Jagdamba Motors, the sole authorised distributor for TVS Scooters and Motorcycles has launched the all new TVS Jupiter Classic edition in Nepal. 

TVS Jupiter Classic Edition is priced at Rs 189,900 and will be available in all TVS showroom and dealerships across the country.

According to the company, the current Jupiter is a popular model amongst buyers in Nepal as it delivers high-performance ride quality with superior ride comfort. The new Jupiter Classic edition comes with enhanced features to raise the bar even further, reads a press release. The Classic edition offers a variety of features such as an ivory colour paint scheme, ‘classic-edition’ decals, full chrome mirrors, chrome backrest, smart USB charger and comfortable dual-tone seat.

“We witnessed strong demand for the TVS Jupiter Classic edition in India and we are expecting similar success in Nepal as well,” said Shahil Agrawal, Managing Director of Shanker Group.

TVS Jupiter Classic edition is powered by a next generation, all-aluminium, low-friction 110cc engine that churns out a peak power of 7.9 bhp @7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 8 Nm @5500 rpm which is mated to a CVT gearbox. TVS claims that the scooter delivers an incredible mix of power, superior acceleration and best in class fuel efficiency. 

The metal bodied, TVS Jupiter Classic delivers high-performance ride quality with superior ride comfort making it a perfect, sensible companion, reads the press release. The scooter also comes with TVS’s ‘Econometre’, where the engine delivers better fuel economy in ‘Eco’ mode. The company claims that the Jupiter Classic edition will deliver a mileage of up to 62km per litre of petrol.
